Former Chief Constable Jon Boutcher has given evidence regarding the Kenova investigations at the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee.
The Kenova lead was asked to attend the committe to report on how the investigation has managed to gather evidence from a variety of sources on historical cases, and how other legacy investigations can learn from the family-focus of the Kenova approach.
