My thoughts, and those of all of the Kenova team, will today be with every single family who lost loved ones or whose lives were forever changed by the awful events during The Troubles.
This day, 21 June, was recommended in the Kenova interim report as being designated each year as a Day of Reflection for all lives lost during this dark period of history.
Today marks the first occurrence of this date since the publication of that report in March.
The Day of Reflection will ensure we keep alive the memory of those victims and continue to support the loved ones left behind.
